1.Content you may not generate

  • sexually explicit, pornographic or sexually suggestive content, including fictional content;
  • anything that sexually exploits or endangers minors;
  • sexual or intimate depictions of a real person, or deepfakes that show a real person saying or doing something they did not;
  • hateful content, incitement to violence, or help with serious crime;
  • content that is unlawful where you are or where it is used.

2.Things you may not do

  • harass, threaten, deceive or harm other people, including fraud and phishing;
  • impersonate a real person or their voice, make face swaps, or use a real person's likeness without their explicit consent;
  • expose private information about another person;
  • use ExoCort to make automated decisions about, or to categorise, other people;
  • create malware, or attack, probe or scrape other systems;
  • infringe the intellectual property or other rights of anyone;

3.What happens if these rules are broken

We may refuse a request, withhold or remove output, limit a feature, delete content and close an account. We check requests to draw a picture automatically and may refuse them. Beyond that we do not review what you ask for in advance, so these rules rest on you. The full terms are in section 8 of our Terms of Service.

4.Reporting a problem

If you see content or use of ExoCort that breaks these rules, write to [email protected] with a link to it or a description.
