How to ask
Write to [email protected] and say that you would like a refund. You do not need to give a reason, and we will not ask for one.
You can also request the refund directly from Paddle, which processes our payments, using the link in the receipt that was emailed to you when you paid.
What happens next
The payment is returned to the card or account you paid from. Paddle issues the refund, so the money comes back by the same route it left; how long it then takes to appear depends on your bank, and is usually a few business days.
Your subscription ends when the refund is issued, and you are not charged again. Your data stays where it is until you remove ExoCort from your Discord server, so you have time to take a copy of anything you want to keep.
Cancelling without a refund
Cancelling and refunding are different things, and you may want only the first. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again after that. Nothing is deleted when you cancel.
Free plan
The free plan costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund. You can try ExoCort on it for as long as you like before paying for anything.

If you are a consumer, this guarantee is in addition to the rights the law gives you, and it does not replace or limit them.
